AIC (7710-TW), a subsidiary of ASRock (2315-TW), has secured stock exchange approval for its listing. During a recent board meeting, AIC resolved to proceed with a pre-IPO cash increase issue, planning to issue at least 130 new Taiwan dollars worth of ordinary shares.
