Real estate transaction records show that Taipei's share of luxury home transactions has continued to rise, increasing for the third consecutive period. By the first half of 2026, Taipei's share of luxury home transactions reached 5.6%, surpassing the 5% threshold and leading among the seven major cities in Taiwan.
