Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court Accepts Evergrande Property Bankruptcy Liquidation Case

The Huaxia branch of Guangzhou Nongshang Bank has filed an application with the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court seeking the bankruptcy liquidation of Evergrande Real Estate. According to the court, this move is based on Evergrande’s inability to repay its due debts and the insufficient assets to settle all outstanding obligations.
