To align with the government's promotion of autonomous urban renewal policies, the Taiwan Financial Exchange Corporation (TAIFEX) has launched a new service called "Comprehensive Management of Autonomous Urban Renewal." This initiative includes a "Pre-funding for Preliminary Costs" business, which provides early funding for pre-construction phases. TAIFEX will operate as the national team leading this effort, marking a significant step in supporting urban renewal projects.
