TPK-KY Holes Drilling Test Line in Taichung Operational in September, Thailand Plant to Start Production in Early 2024

During a recent shareholder briefing, Touch Panel Module manufacturer TPK-KY (3673-TW) announced plans for expansion into the semiconductor field from its traditional consumer touch panel business. The company highlighted that its pilot production line utilizing glass through-pore technology (TGV) in Zhongli, Taoyuan is set to begin operations in early September. Furthermore, TPK-KY indicated that its new production facility in Thailand is scheduled to start production early next year.
